The dining options at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen are unmatched! My favorites were Mole for its very nice flavor and variety, and the Teppanyaki restaurant where the chef entertained us while serving delicious food. Each meal was a delight, keeping our palate excited throughout our stay.

Our family vacation at the resort was truly memorable! The room was spacious and clean, and the variety of dining options was fantastic. The excellent service made us feel special throughout our stay, especially the attention from our concierge. The beach had a touch of seaweed, but overall it was enjoyable. Minor points include the need for improved restaurant reservations and a snack bar by the beach. Every detail contributed to a wonderful experience.

We had an incredible week at this hotel, thanks to the attentive service, amazing food, and outstanding pool facilities. However, the beach experience was unfortunately hampered by a significant amount of seaweed, making it difficult to enjoy that part of the stay fully.
